Visitors to our site

When someone visits www.malvern-radio.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We retain the personal data of people and companies who make enquiries on our website in our Customer Relationship Management tool. All personal data is securely stored and only made available to our business development and executive management team.

In processing your personal data for the purposes described above we rely on the lawful basis of its being necessary for our legitimate interests (to progress your viewing or booking enquiry). We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests.
